I was recommended to visit here after a commercial garage couldn't diagnose the issue with my car.
I turned up on the off chance that they might be able to fit me in, & they were more than happy to have a look at my car & fix it if it was doable. Which turns out it was. It was fixed within an hour or so! Amazing!
There was another issue that needed a part to be ordered in (I think) & I was able to get booked in again 3 days later. Which is a quick turn around, in my experience.
I always worry going to a new garage - being that I'm a female, neurodivergent & my knowledge in cars is pretty poor, but everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, the staff were polite & super friendly too. They're also neurodivergent friendly 🙌
So to the nervous girlies (or anyone) looking for a reliable, friendly & speedy service, I highly recommend! 💖

Today I had a major problem with my car. I was referred by another garage unable to help.
I was tearful when I got there as so worried. I need my car as I have a severely disabled child. I was met by a very kind mechanic who did not send me away, as I had just popped in.
They sorted my car, where I would have had a major problem if they had not been kind enough to help.

Was travelling to go on holiday when my breaks started to fail phoned the garage on route asked me to come in and they looked at the breaks and said the front ones need replacing. Did the next day.
